Refund policy
Any cancellation/termination of service(s) has to be in writing. Please write letter to All Prep Laundry po box 3521 Princeton, NJ 08543. Or Email allpreplaundrynj@gmail.com and stating reason for refund. From the date we receive notification, and AFTER laundry bags are returned, a prorated refund will be issued. Terms of service are for 32 weeks. The weeks the service was used deducted from the 32-week total will be the length of the refund calculation. Each tier of service receives a different refund payout: Option 1 $17.50 a week, Option 1 2x $20 a week, Option 2 $20 a week, Option 2 2x $35 a week, and Option 3 $40a week. No refunds will be issued after March 1 of each calendar school year.
Damaged Items
We exercise the highest care in cleaning your garments and use only those processes, which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. However, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in materials or workmanship that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Further, we request that customers empty pockets prior to putting laundry out for pickup as All Prep Laundry does not take responsibility for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (i.e. pens and lipstick). All Prep Laundry is also not liable for damage caused by mislabeling of cleaning procedure such as not selecting the correct service when placing an order or sending items in incorrect bags.
In order to receive reimbursement, any damaged items must be reported in writing to allpreplaundrynj@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the delivery of the completed order. Photos of damaged items must be included in any emailed claim. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All decisions on damaged items are in All Prep Laundry sole discretion and are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted under applicable law: 1. Any reimbursement for a dry cleaning item deemed damaged by All Prep Laundry shall be limited to and shall not exceed the cost of the damaged item 2. Any reimbursement for a wash and fold item deemed damaged by All Prep Laundry shall be not higher than the cost of the item, a receipt needs to be shown for proof of cost.
Lost Items
In order to receive reimbursement, any missing items must be reported in writing to allpreplaundrynj@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the delivery of the completed order. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost fourteen (14) business days after the initial claim has been made. All decisions on lost items are in All Prep Laundry sole discretion and are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted under applicable law:1. Any reimbursement for a dry cleaning item deemed lost by All Prep Laundry shall be limited to the cost of the item, proof of purchase receipt needs to be shown or $25 base refund will be issued. 2. Any reimbursement for a wash and fold item deemed lost by All Prep Laundry shall be limited to the cost of the item, proof of purchase receipt needs to be shown or $25 base refund will be issued. Further, we request that customers empty pockets prior to putting laundry out for pickup as All Prep Laundry does not take responsibility, as bailee or under any other statutory or common law property principle, for any items left in pockets or left within bundles of garments (i.e. jewelry, watches, cash).
